Dover District Council granted consent for the demolition of the existing agricultural buildings and the erection of two detached dwellings along with the conversion of the grade 2 listed barn into a residential dwelling with associated gardens and parking on the 22nd of February 2022 (ref: 21/00377). Services

Mains electricity and water are available. Drainage will be facilitated via a package treatment plant. A telephone connection is available via the nearby utility pole and broadband speeds are deemed to be good. None of these services have been checked or tested.

Covenants

The following covenants apply, or will be applied to the sale:
1. There is a current right of way running along the western boundary in favour of the farmland to the rear.
2. A restriction will be applied to the site preventing the development of more than 3 residential units.
3. The buyer will have to covenant with the landowner and/ or purchaser of the adjacent lot to ensure planning conditions are fulfilled.
